Geri Rodis Office Assistant

Hi! I'm Geri, and I have two lovely children. I love to travel and lead a straightforward life. The best thing that describes me is Chinese food, especially pork barbecue and dumplings, traveling across the East Coast and experiencing Florida's Walt Disney World. I've been a virtual assistant and marketing expert for over a decade and I enjoy it! I assist those who are trying to expand their businesses through marketing or who simply require more assistance around the house.

Marisa

Billing Specialist

Marisa

Marisa has over 20 years of experience in successful small business management and customer service, both in the restaurant/hospitality field and in individual medical practices in the Portland area. With an educational background in Biology and Engineering, growing up with a lovely Italian mother, and camping with an adventurous father; Marisa has a passion for food and feeding people, health & wellness, and numbers!

In the past, Marisa also held a position in the admissions department at National University of Natural Medicine. In this time, she thoroughly enjoyed creating healthy connections with current and future practitioners and being a part of building a strong community, but found she missed supporting patients directly!

Her dedication towards supporting people's journeys towards wellness and building community and connection have led her to working with local medical providers and assisting in their practices. She enjoys serving both patients and providers by taking care of their billing needs and also by helping to navigating insurance plans and benefits for the patient's optimal care.

She's delighted to be working with Prolific Wellness and Dr. Tran. If you do have any questions about your billing or insurance, please feel free to reach out; she's happy to help!

In her downtime, Marisa stays healthy and grounded by getting into nature and exploring the outdoors; this can be hiking in the Gifford Pinchot, kayaking, a simple walk through the neighborhood, mushroom hunting, getting a dose of sea air, and metal detecting. Weekends at home are spent cooking, gardening, and reading (usually with a sweet cat on her lap).
